We're an event venue and glamping retreat opening in 2027 in Dale, Texas — 30 minutes from downtown Austin. We're assembling the vendor team now, before our first event.
Most venues build a preferred list after they open, once relationships have already formed elsewhere. We'd rather start with people who know the property before the first couple walks in.
We recommend you to clients and take nothing from what you book. No fee to apply, no fee to be listed.
Walk the space before opening. Learn the load-in, the power, the light at golden hour — so your first event here isn't your first look.
Close enough that most Austin-based vendors treat the drive as routine rather than a travel surcharge.
Photographers, videographers and stylists: we need imagery of a finished space. There's work here before the first booking.
Organised by the events we host: weddings and receptions, milestone birthdays and private parties, and corporate offsites, retreats and product launches. If your trade isn't listed, apply anyway and tell us what you do.
Documentary, editorial and portrait. Golden hour over the pond with the tree line behind it.
Films, highlight reels, and brand content. Drone operators must be Part 107 certified.
Full-service planning, partial planning, and month-of or day-of coordination.
Offsite agendas, retreat programming, product launches and brand activations.
Plated, family style, buffet, food trucks and Texas barbecue. Full commercial kitchen on site.
Licensed bartenders and mobile bar programmes. TABC certification required.
Sound, projection, screens, microphones and live streaming. Corporate groups screen on A/V before anything else.
Uplighting, string lights, festoon, dance floor and stage. The loft structure takes rigging well.
DJs, bands, string ensembles and solo acts for ceremony and cocktail hour.
Installations, bouquets, arches and tablescapes. Central Texas seasonal sourcing welcome.
Bridal and party styling. The wedding suite has dedicated getting-ready space.
Tables, chairs, linens, lounge furniture, tenting and dance floors.
Wedding cakes, dessert tables, late-night bites and custom celebration cakes.
Guest shuttles from Austin and Lockhart, valet and vintage cars. Airport is 25–35 minutes.
Religious, secular and bilingual ceremonies.
Invitations, day-of paper, calligraphy, welcome signage and seating charts.
Photo booths, caricaturists, yard games, fire pits, wellness instructors and team-building facilitators.
Event staffing, servers, security, cleaning crews and waste management.
This goes straight to [email protected]. We read every one and reply personally — expect a few business days, not an auto-responder.
Straight answers, including the ones that aren't flattering.
No. Our network is a recommendation list, not a requirement. Clients are free to bring their own licensed and insured vendors — we think a venue that forces a list is protecting its referral fees, not its clients.
Neither. No fee to apply, no fee to be listed, and we take no percentage of what you book. If we recommend you, it's because we think you're right for the client.
Current general liability insurance, and any licence your trade requires in Texas — TABC certification for bar service, Part 107 for drone operators. We'll confirm specifics with you before your first event.
The venue opens in 2027. We're building the network now so our first bookings have a vetted team from day one. For photographers, videographers and stylists, there's content work before that.
Honestly: we don't know yet. We're pre-opening with no event history, so any number we gave you would be a guess. What we can say is that we host one event at a time rather than running parallel bookings, and we're taking a limited number of 2027–2028 dates.
No. We're the venue, not a planning service. We work alongside your coordinator rather than replacing them — which is also why planners are a category we're actively recruiting.
