A 30% non-refundable deposit at contract signing reserves your date. A further 40% is due 60 days before the event, and the final 30% is due 14 days before. A refundable $500 damage deposit applies. Invoicing is available for corporate clients — check, ACH, Zelle, or credit card (3% fee).
Clients carry $1M+ event liability insurance, and every vendor must provide their own $1M+ certificate of insurance before load-in. It's usually inexpensive and takes about twenty minutes to arrange. We'll send you the requirements with your proposal.
Yes — 11:00 PM, set by Caldwell County ordinance rather than by us. A late-night extension is available at $500 per hour if your agenda runs long. Worth knowing before you plan an evening programme.
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own vendors provided each carries $1M+ liability insurance. We also maintain a preferred vendor list across catering, A/V, bar service, and transportation if you'd rather we coordinate. Alcohol service requires a licensed TABC bartender — no BYOB.

Dewberry Hideout opens September 2027, and we're taking 2027 and 2028 dates now. Corporate bookings typically firm up two to four months ahead, but autumn dates and December holiday parties go earlier — those are the two windows that fill first.
